Why we Pasteurize our Cider...

Unpasteurized, cider may contain bacteria. Bacteria must be killed by a pasteurization process prior to drinking the cider.  To pasteurize, Kercher's Sunrise Orchards uses a consistent process which heats cider to 160 degrees Fahrenheit.
